San Francisco Post Acute is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in San Francisco. The PTA will provide treatments under a licensed Physical Therapist and assist residents in improving mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Accurately document treatments and resident progress.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal resident outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and documentation standards.
