Qualifications

Master's Degree in Nursing required.
Active RN and APRN license in practice states.
Current BLS/ACLS training as applicable.

Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and manage treatment plans appropriate for age and condition.
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostics and prescribe therapies.
Provide health promotion and disease prevention counseling.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and coordinate referrals.
Maintain timely documentation in the EMR and ensure compliant coding.
Participate in quality and safety initiatives and education of staff.
Perform procedures within scope of practice as privileges allow.
Ensure readiness for new team members and ongoing professional development.
