Qualifications

• Active RN and APRN licenses in state(s) of practice.
• Master's Degree in Nursing required.
• Active DEA registration prior to hire.
• APRN licensure (APRN-FPA/APNP) required for practice in applicable state(s).
• No required prior experience; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and diagnoses to determine/adjust treatment and management plans.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests and prescribes interventions.
• Provides health promotion, disease prevention, and education to patients and families.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare team; referrals when needed.
• Maintains accurate EMR documentation and compliant coding/billing.
• Participates in care coordination and interdepartmental communication.
• Performs procedures per scope of practice and privileges.
