You will participate in comprehensive patient care, perform procedures as privileges allow, and ensure accurate EMR documentation while adhering to coding and billing standards.

Qualifications

• Active PA license in state(s) of practice.
• Active PA national board certification.
• Active DEA registration prior to hire.
• If Illinois practice: active Illinois Controlled Substance License prior to hire.
• Active BLS and/or ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, diagnoses, and determines treatment plans appropriate for age and clinical condition.
• Orders, performs, and interprets diagnostic studies and prescribes therapies.
• Manages conditions based on evidence-based care and risk-benefit assessment.
• Provides health promotion, disease prevention, and education to patients and families.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team; refers as needed.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the EMR and compliant coding/billing.
• Facilitates coordinated care and clear communication among the health team.
• Performs office or hospital procedures as privileges allow.
