TeamHealth seeks a quality-driven nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our post-acute care team in Tucson, Arizona. This full-time role (5 days/week) involves rounding in skilled nursing facilities with strong support, autonomy, and excellent earning potential.

Compensation is fee-for-service with a range of $150,000 to $178,000 annually and no cap on productivity income potential. You will work with an experienced multidisciplinary team, benefiting from a 3-month onboarding

Qualifications

• Must hold AZ NP or PA license and a DEA registration.
• Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic settings is preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations.
