Responsibilities

• Medical Directorship: lead as facility medical director and mentor care teams.
• Attending Physician Duties: provide primary care and oversee treatment for residents.
• High-Quality, Evidence-Based Practice: deliver patient-centered care based on best practices.
• Team Support: collaborate with nurse practitioners per facility to share expertise.
• Medical Oversight: ensure comprehensive, coordinated primary care services.
