FOREST GROVE POST ACUTE seeks a seasoned marketing and public relations leader to develop and direct the facility’s communications programs. You will promote quality care, manage information release, and engage the community to support census growth.

Responsibilities include policy development, cross-department collaboration, budget oversight, and producing informative materials for residents and families. A BA/BS in marketing or related field and 5+ years in healthcare marketing are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of marketing and public relations experience in healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, coordinate, direct, and administer the facility’s marketing and public relations programs.
• Plan and direct marketing strategies to increase census and community awareness.
• Ensure accurate information release and privacy compliance for residents and staff.
• Collaborate with departments to implement policies and procedures for communications.
• Prepare and manage marketing budgets and departmental communications.
• Maintain positive relationships with families, residents, and community leaders.
