Responsibilities

• Implements quality nursing and clinical measures for elders’ physical/mental wellbeing.
• Know skin care policy and use preventative measures to maintain skin integrity.
• Monitor guests for changes in condition and coordinate care with physicians.
• Review care plan and update admissions accordingly.
• Complete prescribed treatments and administer medications timely and privately.

What are my responsibilities?

• Implements quality nursing and clinical measures to maintain/increase elders’ physical/mental wellbeing.
• Responsible for knowing the skin care policy and ensuring preventative measures are used to maintain the skin integrity of all elders.
• Monitors guests for changes in condition and coordinates care with physicians.
• Reviews care plan of each resident, making changes as the resident’s condition or plan of care changes and completes an admission care plan in a timely manner.
• Completes prescribed treatments and ensures medication is administered timely, in private, and per facility procedure.

What do I need to be considered?
