Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in related field, plus relevant experience with at-risk youth.
• Experience with PBIS, trauma-informed practices, and school safety preferred.
• Ability to lead trainings and model positive intervention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Implement school safety initiatives and PBIS protocols with fidelity.
• Manage operational PBIS components and data reporting.
• Enforce Code of Conduct reflecting PBIS language and expectations.
• Provide de-escalation training for staff and support students in crisis.
• Oversee transportation operations and incident reporting as needed.
• Assist with budget preparation and administrative tasks.
