They are responsible for advertising, showing units, processing applications, signing leases, and handling resident renewals, requiring strong customer service, sales, and communication skills.

  • Marketing & Sales: Advertise vacancies, respond to leads (email, phone, text), conduct property tours, and close leasing agreements.
  • Resident Screening: Process rental applications, verify income/references, and perform credit/background checks.

  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate resident files, update property management software (e.g., One Site, Pivotal), and collect deposits and rent.
