Job summary

U.S. Bank’s Elavon unit seeks a cert specialist to analyze, certify POS and PMS applications for gateway integration and multi-host exchanges.

You will use established requirements to create testing processes for external developers and ensure accurate data exchange with the Fusebox gateway and other direct acquiring options. The role supports a hybrid schedule with in-office presence 3+ days weekly and seeks someone who can manage details, communicate across teams, and advise customers on best

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (technical discipline preferred), or equivalent work experience.
• One to three years of experience in computer technology applications and analysis.
• Ability to develop test schedules, review test plans, track test issues and report on test results.
• Ability to analyze a business need and compile a general roadmap to see a certification to completion.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, graphics and presentation software.
• Strong planning, project, organization and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication and verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously, and work as part of a project team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, evaluate, and certify customer POS and PMS applications to the Elavon gateway and acquiring hosts.
• Create processes for external software developers to exchange payment data with Fusebox gateway, Simplify, and other direct acquiring options.
• As SME, assist multiple internal and outside parties on industry best practices to achieve lowest possible interchange.
• Compile and review detailed information, where oversights can have large downstream impacts.
• Provide recommendations to customers based on certification results to ensure sound integration.
