Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Oracle MICROS Simphony STS Gen 2 integrations and POS solutions.
• Participate in migrating legacy STS Gen 1 interfaces to STS Gen 2 (REST/JSON).
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve POS integration issues across systems.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to support POS enhancements and modernization.
• Assist with testing, validation, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Document integration processes and configurations.
• Monitor performance and recommend improvements for reliability and scalability.
