What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform systems installation at client sites while collaborating closely with the Lead Specialist
- Prepare for onsite installations by reviewing all provided documentation
- Complete assigned tasks and support onsite resources to ensure successful installations
- Document customer issues and submit daily status emails to the Lead Specialist
- Complete special projects as assigned, including maintenance programming and quality assurance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or 3 to 5 years of related experience
- Experience in POS system installations and/or support is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and withstand long hours standing and walking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of MSSQL and MySQL
- Proficient in training others
- Good time management, decision-making, and organization skills
- Experience with case management
