Job summary

Red Bull is seeking an After Sales Specialist in Santa Monica to support distributors, internal teams, and supply chain partners. You will manage cooler service operations, handle service requests, and ensure timely execution and compliance.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Experience with SAP, Zendesk, and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience managing service tickets or work orders in customer service or logistics.
• Strong customer service orientation with professional written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with SAP, Zendesk, or comparable ERP/ticketing systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filtering, pivot tables, and basic report visualization.
• Working knowledge of cold equipment or refrigeration units preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to inbound call center requests related to cooler repair support.
• Assign and dispatch service requests to authorized service providers or local distribution centers.
• Monitor, update, and track service tickets in Zendesk to ensure timely resolution.
• Follow up on missed calls and provide customers with timely status updates.
• Escalate unresolved or urgent issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professional communication in all customer interactions.
• Coordinate the transfer of POS assets between distribution centers.
• Process and track spare-part orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Support transportation tracking and address logistics-related inquiries.
• Assist in preparing operational reports on transfers, spare parts, and service activities.
• Communicate SOPs to distributors and service providers to ensure compliance.
• Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve operational efficiency.
• Perform additional operational support duties as assigned.
