Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate in Miami to provide exceptional service to clients and support Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors on a daily basis.

You will build trusted client relationships, assist with money movements, account on-boarding, digital tool enrollment, and ensure accurate, timely clerical support across the team. This role requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma/Equivalency; Active Series 7 & Series 66 or Series 63 & 65.
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial services products including equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts.
• Detail oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Adaptable and able to multitask.
• Goal oriented, self-motivated and results driven.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team including relationship cultivation and maintenance.
• Execute money movement transactions at client request or by the FA/PWA/team.
• Answer general non-investment questions and relay account positions and balances.
• Enter profile information or pre-fill account documentation in a clerical capacity.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, collecting required information and documentation.
• Provide clients with details about their account information and objectives.
• Assist with marketing efforts and supporting the team’s business plan.
• Stay current on policies, procedures and new platforms.
