Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Client Service Associate in Florida to provide exceptional service to Financial Advisors, PWAs and teams. You will handle client inquiries, process money movements, and enroll clients in digital tools while maintaining high service standards.

You will support scheduling, documentation, and administrative tasks, helping teams execute marketing efforts and client strategies. A high school diploma is required, with a college degree preferred and a willingness to pursue

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
• Strong writing, interpersonal and client service skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for FA/PWA/team, building client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions as requested by clients or FA/PWA.
• Answer general non-investment questions and relay account information.
• Enter profile information and pre-fill documents in a clerical capacity.
• Educate clients on digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Support FAs/PWAs/teams' marketing and website maintenance.
• Assist teams in delivering against business plans and client service model.
• Stay current on policies, procedures and new platforms.
