We are hiring PCA/Home Health Aides/Caregivers to work one-on-one with our in-home patients in Shelton, CT and the surrounding area. Shifts are available Monday through Saturday. Bilingual in Portuguese and English preferred!

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Home and Community-Based Services Aide provides support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions to enable individuals to remain in their homes.

Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Report observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager. Notify immediately of any incidents or accidents.
• Drive safely, adhere to traffic laws, and wear a seat belt during travel.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, hair care, dental care, nail care, skin care, and transfers.
• Help with household tasks essential to the client's personal care.
