HDR, Inc. is hiring a Ports & Maritime Project Manager in Houston, TX. You will lead multi-discipline teams, drive project delivery from development to close-out, and ensure budgets and schedules align with client goals.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 7+ years PM experience (2+ in PM), PE license, and MS Office/MS Project proficiency; PMP preferred. HDR emphasizes employee ownership and collaborative problem-solving across communities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 7+ years related experience incl. minimum 2 years in project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license recognized by the licensing board.
• MS Office and MS Project experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Interest in employee-owned culture and active participation.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Manage all aspects of complex small to medium projects or routine large projects.
• Produce and coordinate several small to medium projects concurrently.
• Establish and maintain client relations, and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate staffing and workload across the project lifecycle to meet schedule.
• Track financials and ensure work remains within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate reviews with Accounting, Operations and Business leadership.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and perform other duties as needed.
