Job summary

Shutterfly, Inc. in Anchorage is hiring part-time Team Members for JCPenney Portraits studios. You’ll capture photos that are fun and creative, perform the sales process, and schedule sessions to exceed customer expectations.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a high school diploma or GED, and have retail, sales, service, or photography experience preferred. You’ll work a varied schedule including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends, with paid training and a store/studio discount.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous retail, sales, service, or photography experience, preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic math and computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry).

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed the customers’ expectations.
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions.
• Provide a wonderful customer experience.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Retail/Sales/Photography experience preferred
