Lifetouch's JCPenney Portraits team in Little Rock is seeking a full-time Studio Manager who can lead a busy portrait studio, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales. You will oversee staff, scheduling, training, and the photography workflow to ensure top-notch service from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory or retail experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work varied hours. Benefits are offered along with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory, retail, sales, service, or photography experience.
• Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with children and adults.
• Strong math and intermediate computer skills (data entry, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery experience.
• Follow established processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography.
• Manage performance and develop the skills of Team Members.
• Accountable for the studio’s ability to achieve results (sales average, customer satisfaction…).
