CDK Global in Portland, OR is seeking an onsite Materials Handler to support warehouse operations—shipping, receiving, boxing, inventory, and internal customer service. You will work with CRM systems like Clarify and Oracle and assist with cycle counts and safety compliance.

Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of related experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This role is onsite with commutable distance to CDK Portland facility.

• General understanding of a CRM (inventory system/application) – currently using Clarify and Oracle.
• Ability to spend the majority of the day performing physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs, and moving your whole body, such as lifting, balancing, walking stooping, and handling of materials.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Must weigh less than 300 pounds to operate warehouse equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Shipping/Picking - determine method of shipment and coordinate outgoing shipments.
• Boxing/kitting - verify, assemble, pack, and label products for stock and shipment.
• Receiving - examine shipments for damage or shortages and document appropriately.
• Assist with warehouse inventory and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness and ensure safety of goods and personnel.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks to move stock and reorganize storage.
• Collaborate with team and supervisor to analyze and improve processes.
• Provide prompt, accurate internal customer service.
• Train to provide back-up in the Consumables area when needed.
