Qualificações

• Active state physical therapy license in Oregon.
• Experience in a relevant clinical setting.
• Ability to obtain licensure promptly if starting with compact license.

Responsabilidades

• Complete required documentation with the facility before start.
• Maintain an active license throughout the assignment.
• Work 40 hours weekly, with 32 hours during holiday weeks.
• Adhere to facility dress code and policies.
• Provide notice as required and follow overtime policies.
• Utilize facility equipment and adhere to weekly billing cycles.
• Note: prior history at the facility may affect onboarding.
