• Strong experience with motion practice, depositions, and managing complex discovery (including ESI).
• Familiarity with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence; trial experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, research, and argue motions (dismissal, summary judgment, discovery).
• Take/defend fact and expert depositions; prepare witnesses.
• Lead discovery including ESI strategy, privilege logs, and vendor mgmt.
