DoubleTree by Hilton Portland is seeking a Hotel Group Sales Manager to drive group room nights, meeting and convention sales, and revenue growth in Portland, Oregon. The role emphasizes proactive hotel sales, client relationships, and contract negotiation within a premier convention hotel setting.

The position offers a base salary range of $75,000–$85,000 plus performance-based bonus opportunities that can bring total compensation to $97,500–$110,500, with on-site responsibilities in Portland,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel sales, hospitality sales, group sales, or convention hotel sales experience.
• Demonstrated success driving group room nights, meeting and convention revenue.
• Hands-on experience with Delphi or comparable hotel sales software.
• Proven business development and proactive prospecting experience.
• Strong relationship-building and customer development skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow top-line revenue by following the sales strategy and maximizing hotel profitability.
• Achieve revenue goals, room night targets, market share growth, and quarterly sales objectives.
• Own revenue goals, manage client budgets to meet needs while maximizing revenue.
• Proactively prospect high-potential accounts, markets, and segments.
• Develop business from corporate, association, government, SMERF, sports, and convention markets.
• Forecast room nights and group revenue; prepare sales contracts and budgets.
