• Proven track record building and scaling hardware engineering teams, especially in greenfield sites.
• Fluency across two areas: board-level electrical design, server power delivery, manufacturing test, or silicon validation.
• Proven ability to hire senior technical talent in competitive markets and to establish a high-performance engineering culture.

Aufgaben

• Own the Portland site end to end, defining identity, cadence, and cultural foundation.
• Lead recruiting strategy to hire and scale multiple engineering teams and coordinate with real estate for lab-capable space.
• Direct engineering managers across board development, server power, manufacturing test/quality, and silicon validation; set technical direction and calibrate talent.
• Coordinate firmware disciplines (BIOS, BMC, mechanical) across the site and ensure unified engineering standards.
