Job summary

Inspire, a multi-brand restaurant company, seeks a Manager – Portfolio Transformation in Atlanta to drive portfolio optimization initiatives, transactions, and transformation programs across brands. Reporting to the Director – Portfolio Transformation, you will manage day-to-day project execution, develop analyses, coordinate stakeholders, and support delivery of program objectives.

The role demands strong analytical skills, PMO experience, financial acumen, and ability to coordinate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to business stakeholders and prepare leadership-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Translate portfolio transformation strategies into detailed project plans, workstreams, deliverables, and milestones.
• Maintain program management tools, reporting, documentation, and status updates.
• Track risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies across active projects.
• Coordinate governance meetings and cross-functional sessions.
• Produce executive-ready materials and support leadership communications.
• Support process improvement and standardization of tools and templates.
• Maintain transaction files and governance documentation.
