Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
4+ years in CPG with background in Brand Strategy, Strategic Planning, Category Management, or Go-To-Market.
Experience leveraging syndicated data, consumer and shopper insights to drive growth.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic initiatives to unlock growth and household penetration across the portfolio.
Analyze innovation performance and translate learnings into scalable practices.
Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing and Brand Activation to optimize GTM and investments.
Identify challenger brand strategies and define brand roles within the portfolio.
Lead agile, multi-disciplinary teams to develop concepts through execution.
Support Line Manager with high-priority briefs and executive presentations.
