Ford is seeking a strategic leader to serve as Portfolio Strategy Manager for Ford Pro and Truck across North America. You will translate market dynamics and customer insights into actionable portfolio strategies that drive profitable growth and strengthen Ford’s competitive position globally.

This high-visibility role requires synthesizing complexity into clarity, building compelling business cases, and influencing senior leadership decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field.
• Significant experience in strategy, portfolio planning, product strategy, management consulting, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen and experience building business cases and investment recommendations.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with ability to influence senior executives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to distill complexity into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for Ford Pro Vehicles and Retail Truck across North America, aligning with regional priorities and Ford's global strategy.
• Drive segment analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and white-space areas in which Ford should compete.
• Coordinate portfolio studies considering regulatory, powertrain, capital allocation, and market demand with Marketing, Manufacturing, Product Development, and Finance teams.
• Develop robust business cases quantifying financial, operational, and strategic impacts of portfolio recommendations.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership with data-driven storytelling for confident decisions.
• Oversee strategy resources and budget across concurrent studies to ensure on-time delivery of insights for portfolio decisions.
