Aufgaben

• Lead portfolio strategy for Ford Pro Vehicles and Retail Truck across the North America markets, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and Ford's global enterprise strategy.
• Drive segment "chessboard" analysis to identify emerging market opportunities, competitive threats, and white-space segments, informing where and how Ford should compete.
• Lead comprehensive portfolio studies, factoring in complex variables and constraints—including regulatory environments, powertrain mix, capital allocation, and market-specific demand - while partnering closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Manufacturing, Product Development, and Finance.
• Develop robust business cases that quantify the financial, operational, and strategic implications of portfolio recommendations.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership with compelling storytelling, clear communication, and a data-driven narrative that enables confident decision-making.
• Manage strategy resources and budget across multiple concurrent studies, ensuring workstreams progress on schedule and deliver the insights required to support critical portfolio decisions.
