Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategy, portfolio planning, product strategy, or management consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen with investment recommendations.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling, with ability to influence executives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead portfolio strategy across North America markets, aligning with regional priorities and Ford's enterprise strategy.
• Drive segment analyses to identify opportunities, threats, and white-space for Ford's competitive positioning.
• Lead portfolio studies considering regulatory, powertrain mix, capital allocation, and market demand, with cross-functional partnership.
• Develop robust business cases outlining financial, operational, and strategic implications of portfolio choices.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership with data-driven narratives and clear storytelling.
• Manage strategy resources and budgets across concurrent studies to ensure timely delivery of insights.
