Job summary

Versiti is seeking a Portfolio Strategy Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle for assigned offerings within the Marketing organization. You will own portfolio planning, governance, and commercial enablement in partnership with Operations, Clinical/Lab, Quality/Regulatory, Finance, IT, Client Services, Sales, and Research.

The role ensures offerings remain clinically relevant, scalable, compliant, and competitive while advancing Versiti's mission as a blood health organization, with emphasis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with emphasis in marketing, life sciences, or related field.
• Master's Degree (MBA) or related area preferred.
• 4-6 years combined experience in sales, sales training, product marketing, project management, product development and/or product launch.
• 1-3 years supervisory/management experience.
• 1-3 years experience managing development lifecycle for multiple product lines.
• 1-3 years experience building profitable relationships through a consultative approach.
• 4-6 years consultative and influence-based project management skills.
• 1-3 years experience in regulated environments (CLIA/CAP, FDA, ISO, AABB) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle framework for assigned offerings from ideation to sunset.
• Lead voice-of-customer programs and translate insights into roadmap actions.
• Define pricing/packaging in collaboration with Finance and Sales.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and within scope.
• Develop business cases with TAM/SAM/SOM logic and ROI forecasting.
• Lead governance for stage gates, launch readiness, and post-launch reviews.
