Job summary

Stark Enterprises, based in Cleveland, OH, seeks a Centralized Scheduler and Project Controls professional to develop and standardize master project schedules for its build-for-rent portfolio. You will work with onsite teams to ensure disciplined, data-driven schedules and provide analytics to leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in construction scheduling, proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project, and strong CPM/critical path skills. Hybrid work with travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience across multifamily or BFR projects.
• Proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and schedule reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the CPM master schedule for active communities in coordination with Onsite Project Manager and Lead Superintendent.
• Provide preliminary schedules for Preconstruction to support planning and budgeting.
• Develop baseline schedules prior to construction as subcontract exhibits.
• Standardize scheduling templates and reporting formats across all projects.
• Maintain a portfolio-level schedule view to aid staffing and equipment planning.
• Monitor permits, submittals, and long-lead material tracking and integrate milestones into the master schedule.
• Analyze schedule performance and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
