Siemens Smart Infrastructure offers an exciting opportunity for a growth-oriented, strategic, and innovative professional with experience in sales enablement, product marketing, and portfolio management for smart building cloud applications and services.

We seek a highly motivated, entrepreneurial individual in the building industry to design value propositions, develop sales enablement strategies, create packages, position offerings competitively, and support sales and portfolio teams.

This is a remote position, with east coast hours preferred.

Role Focus: Enabling local sales teams and partners to improve sales of cloud offerings, aligning sales enablement materials with portfolio management, and collaborating closely with Software Tech Unit and sales teams.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Develop and implement sales enablement programs across various media and assets.
  2. Act as the sales/partner-facing voice for Building X, emphasizing value propositions and use cases.
  3. Support portfolio management with deep understanding and market positioning of offerings.
  4. Prepare sales assets, craft messaging, develop use cases, and benchmark offerings.
  5. Support operational topics like processes, pricing, tooling, and drive progress on operational gaps.
  6. Roll out product and sales training, ensuring readiness to sell.
  7. Support commercialization and activation of Building X in the US across channels.
  8. Operationalize partner enablement, onboarding, and training programs.
  9. Contribute to the Siemens Xcelerator Ecosystem development.

You will report to the Head of Software, Portfolio and Sales Enablement US, working closely with product, sales, marketing, and communication teams.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 6+ years in sales enablement, product marketing, or related fields, specifically with cloud offerings for digital building applications.
  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or digital transformation.
  • Strategic and operational thinking, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • English proficiency, with ~10% travel expected.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, engineering, architecture, business, or marketing fields.
  • Strong presentation skills and understanding of sales, marketing, and technical systems.
  • Initiative, influence skills, and ability to work independently.

  • Salary range: $107,520 - $184,320, with a 15% incentive target, depending on experience and location.
