Siemens Smart Infrastructure has an exciting opportunity for a growth-oriented, strategic, agile, and innovative professional with experience in sales enablement, product marketing, and portfolio management for smart building cloud applications with related enabled services.

We are looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial professional in the building industry for our software offering to design value propositions, sales enablement strategies, create packages, position offerings in the competitive marketplace, partner concepts, and provide support for the sales and portfolio teams.

This is a remote position with east coast hours preferred.

Portfolio Sales Enablement Professionals for Digital Offerings, Building X will focus on enabling local sales teams and partners to improve sales of our cloud offerings, i.e., produce, refine, and position sales enablement material in close alignment with portfolio management. The position requires close collaboration with the Software Tech Unit and local sales and portfolio teams.

As the Portfolio Sales Enablement Professional, you will:

  1. Develop sales enablement programs and implement them across various assets and media; develop messaging and drive content organization
  2. Be the sales/partner-facing voice of the Building X portfolio, emphasizing the development and articulation of customer/seller-facing value propositions and use cases
  3. Support portfolio management with a deep understanding of offerings and the ability to position them to meet market demand; be competitive and represent the customer’s voice
  4. Prepare sales enablement assets, product packages, craft messaging, develop use cases in digital building, refocus and position offer packages, and benchmark against competitors to support growth and profit targets
  5. Support operational topics such as processes, pricing, or tooling related to portfolio sales enablement
  6. Drive operational topics like progress gap fixes, tool readiness, and data loading
  7. Roll out product and sales training with detailed descriptions to ensure portfolio readiness
  8. Support the commercialization and activation of Building X in the US across channels
  9. Operationalize partner enablement, including onboarding, RACI frameworks, and training
  10. Contribute to the development of the Siemens Xcelerator Ecosystem

You will report to the Head of Software, Portfolio and Sales Enablement US, and interact with the product portfolio team (US and global), digital sales teams, partner ecosystem, marketing, and communication teams.

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

General Qualifications:

  • Sales enablement and product marketing experience with cloud offerings in digital building applications and platforms
  • 6+ years of dedicated experience
  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, sales excellence, or digital transformation within industry or management consultancies
  • Strategic and creative thinking with operational execution skills
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and thrive in fast-paced, matrix environments
  • Exceptional communication skills, including international collaboration and leadership across organizational boundaries
  • High energy and passion for innovation, portfolio, and sales enablement
  • Skills to analyze market potential and revenue impact of sales activities
  • Track record of delivering business results through sales enablement
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Travel requirement: ~10%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, engineering, architecture, business, or marketing fields
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Understanding of key sales, marketing, technical systems, and best practices
  • Initiative-taking ability and influence skills across organizations
