Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Data Marketplace Solution Engineer to lead the deployment of the Data Marketplace and manage the Platform Administration. The role emphasizes operational health, security access, and collaboration with Security/IAM/Compliance and enterprise technology teams.

You will partner with product and governance leads, monitor performance, drive integrations with vendor partners, and shape data solutions for customers, agents, brokers, and partners in a hybrid work

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
10 years of platform operations or engineering experience with enterprise data, analytics, or SaaS.
At least 5 years of experience with platform monitoring, integrations, and vendor coordination; uptime focus.
Experience coordinating with vendor and implementation partners on platform delivery.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate marketplace platform releases and vendor updates.
Monitor platform performance, availability, and health.
Diagnose and resolve platform incidents and operational issues.
Coordinate integrations with enterprise technology teams on roadmap commitments.
Manage platform capacity and scalability as usage grows.
Facilitate access requests and approvals for new assets or permissions.
Collaborate with Product, Governance, Infrastructure and Architecture teams.
Engage with platform vendors and implementation partners on releases and roadmap work.
