You will ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality and customer expectations while achieving predictable financial outcomes. As a people leader, you will coach project managers, coordinate with engineering, installation, procurement and manufacturing, and drive end-to-end project plans from kickoff

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading projects or project functions in automation or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site programs.
• Strong customer-facing and financial acumen.
• Ability to manage budget, schedule, risk and quality.
• Experience with change management and supplier coordination.

Aufgaben

• Lead portfolio of concurrent modernization and upgrade projects of varying scope and complexity across multiple workstreams (controls, software, mechanical, electrical, installation, system upgrade, capacity expansion).
• Ensure effective transition from Sales to Operations, including pre-contract support, estimating input, and leadership of project kickoff processes.
• Drive development and execution of comprehensive project plans from implementation to go-live and closeout.
• Act as primary escalation point for complex project, customer, financial, or technical issues.
• Ensure alignment across project management, software, controls, electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, installation, vendors, subcontractors, and integrator partners.
