Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in product/portfolio management, program management, business strategy, or related areas.
• Certifications in Product Management, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or Finance are preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of product and portfolio strategies across Mi Banco.
• Evaluate initiatives based on customer impact, business value, alignment, capacity, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports.
• Monitor product adoption, customer experience, operational performance, and business outcomes.
• Lead preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews and executive presentations.
• Develop executive-ready narratives communicating portfolio performance and value realized.
• Collaborate with Product Managers/Owners and cross-functional teams to establish outcomes and metrics.
