Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Portfolio Performance Specialist who will split time between covering staffing vacancies at sites across the portfolio and partnering with the Executive Vice President on special projects tied to operational improvement. You’ll gather performance data, identify gaps, and translate field observations into actionable feedback for regional and corporate teams.

The role also includes resident account support, renewals, and coordinating marketing events and market surveys

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Community Director or Community Director required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA and landlord/tenant law fundamentals.
• Proficient with Yardi and MS Office suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma required; additional education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cover staffing vacancies at sites across the portfolio and support site teams.
• Audit resident files and review move-in/move-out procedures.
• Assist with marketing events including grand openings and resident appreciation programs.
• Pull market surveys and competitive set data for new acquisitions.
