Job summary

Harding Loevner LP is seeking a Client Operations Associate to join its Client Operations team in Bridgewater Township, NJ. You will assist portfolio managers with trade implementation, ongoing monitoring of client portfolios, and data integrity across systems.

This role offers exposure to portfolio administration, compliance, risk analysis, and cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, up to three years' experience, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong interest in investment management.
• Up to three years of experience, preferably in portfolio administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; coding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create trades for accounts/strategies as directed by Portfolio Managers or clients and become an expert user of the firm’s trading system and compliance module.
• Master risk control and ongoing portfolio monitoring of client portfolios.
• Communicate portfolio compliance to Portfolio Managers and Senior Management.
• Facilitate daily ETF Capital Markets operations through close coordination with Portfolio Managers, Trading, and Operations.
• Support new client onboarding and account setup activities.
