Harding Loevner is seeking a Client Operations Associate to join its Client Operations team, which is responsible for the ongoing monitoring of client portfolios to ensure adherence to strategy models, investment guidelines, and risk controls.
The Associate will assist the firm's portfolio managers and broader client service team primarily in the areas of trade implementation, ongoing monitoring and maintenance of client portfolios, and data integrity relating to client records in all systems. This role offers the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of investment decision-making, create trades, and contribute to a variety of operational initiatives. The position provides exposure to a broad range of investment management functions, including portfolio administration, compliance and risk analysis, data analysis, and cross-functional project work. It is well suited for candidates who demonstrate strong analytical and technical abilities, thrive in highly detail-oriented work, and apply critical thinking to solve complex problems.
The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000. The firm's total compensation program includes an annual base salary, an annual discretionary performance-based bonus, a remunerative long-term incentive plan, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; paid time off; a flexible spending account (FSA) program; and access to various wellness and employee assistance programs.
The actual base salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, and other job-related considerations.
