Qualifications

• 15+ years in a senior executive role managing diverse portfolio companies.
• Proven track record of operational turnarounds and value creation.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop operational strategies for the portfolio and ensure efficient functioning.
• Guide executive teams to maximize performance and operational effectiveness.
• Monitor KPIs and goals, taking corrective actions.
• Provide leadership to management teams and foster accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as central authority for solving portfolio-level operational challenges.
• Provide hands-on guidance to exec teams, implement best practices and drive efficiency to profitability.
• Manage financial health: budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
