Job summary

Cencora is offering a Summer 2027 Intern role in Practice Management Solutions (PMS) to apply academic knowledge in a professional setting while gaining hands-on experience remotely in the United States.

As an intern, you will support strategic projects, analyze data, create presentations, and coordinate initiatives across consulting, managed services, onboarding, and project management. You will collaborate with leaders and develop professional skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Enrollment in a degree program related to healthcare administration, consulting, finance, economics, business administration, supply chain, etc.
  • Rising sophomore, junior, or senior preferred.
  • Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future.

The Practice Management Solutions (PMS) Intern will support strategic and operational initiatives across Cencora’s health system consulting and solution portfolios. Working closely with portfolio leadership, the intern will gain exposure to healthcare consulting, project delivery, operational excellence, and business transformation while contributing to initiatives that support both client engagements and internal business priorities.

Throughout the internship, you will work on real business initiatives, collaborate with team members and leaders, develop professional skills, and contribute to projects that support Cencora’s purpose of creating healthier futures. This internship is designed for students who are curious, motivated, and eager to learn while making a meaningful impact in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Start Date: June 7, 2027

End Date: August 13, 2027

Location: Remote, USA

Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to undergraduate or master’s degree in healthcare administration, consulting, finance, economics, business administration, supply chain etc.
  • Rising sophomore, junior, or senior at the time of the internship preferred
  • Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future.
