This role requires 5+ years of experience managing complex reporting in a technical setting, strong communication skills, and comfort with AI-enabled automation. Collaboration across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end reporting and communications in technical/engineering contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across emails, slides, and video.
• Experience with PowerPoint, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
• Willing to leverage AI to automate deliverables.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence; able to learn AirTable.
• High emotional intelligence and discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reporting for LEEP with a repeatable cadence.
• Translate weekly updates into concise executive briefings.
• Collaborate across the organization to align weekly leadership reporting.
• Maintain a single source of truth narrative for portfolio status.
• Evolve reporting formats and leverage AI to support work.
• Create feedback loops to capture gaps and flag risks.
• Support other programs and help prepare content for all-hands and leadership events.
