Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Portfolio MBSE Engineering Lead to drive model architecture and automation across a multi-program defense portfolio. You will lead MBSE practices, integrate Cameo tools, and ensure the model is the single source of truth for requirements and design decisions.

The role requires a bachelor's in engineering, extensive MBSE experience in defense, hands-on Cameo (2022), and a Secret clearance with SAP eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Extensive MBSE experience in defense or aerospace environments.
• Hands-on Cameo Systems Modeler experience (2022).

Responsibilities

• Lead model architecture across a portfolio of programs.
• Design MBSE reference architectures for production systems.
• Develop and manage complex system models with Cameo.
• Automate deliverables via model-to-document pipelines.
• Capture, manage, and trace system requirements within MBSE.
• Conduct trade studies to support engineering decisions.
• Integrate MBSE workflows with requirements tools and processes.
• Maintain a single source of truth across the organization.
• Train and mentor engineers on MBSE practices and data entry.
• Collaborate with leadership to align outputs with mission objectives.
