Ten or more years of experience in economic development within the public and/or private sector with specific exposure to real estate development and project management. Previous work with economic modeling, feasibility analysis, or public debt issuances is a plus. Experience should reflect progressively responsible positions as well as leading project teams from proposal through successful project implementation.
