Job summary

TS Banking Group in Council Bluffs is looking for a Portfolio Manager to oversee a commercial loan portfolio, ensuring credit quality, timely renewals, and proactive client service. You will work with calling officers, credit analysts, and loan operations to monitor performance, address risk, and maintain strong client relationships across banking products.

The role requires collaborating across departments to structure and document credit requests, and to expand relationships through referrals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• 3–4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Experience in commercial lending and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial loan relationships and monitor credit quality.
• Coordinate renewals, annual reviews, and financial reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with credit analysts, loan operations, and calling officers.
• Prepare complete loan packages and submit credit requests through approval processes.
• Provide responsive client service and address inquiries related to loan products.
• Retain and deepen client relationships through referrals for cash management and other services.
