• Lead and develop team of credit officers that manage portfolio with varying complexity of ABL clients, monitor financial performance trends and borrowing base trends.
• Utilize data to drive strategy and portfolio risk management and leverage technology to enhance efficiency of risk management process.
• Ensure financial analysis, collateral analysis, risk grading and related risk management functions are completed to the highest quality standards and in a timely manner.
• Monitor portfolio for early warning signs and emerging risks and implement appropriate strategies to mitigate and escalated, accordingly.
• Demonstrate ability to present and support risk and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with business partners to enhance risk management process and seek ways to enhance operational efficiency and client administration

• Experience coaching/mentoring other credit risk professionals
• Strong understanding of capital markets, financing structures, derivatives and cash management products as well as related documentation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills - both written and verbal
• Executive presence and ability to think critically and multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree
