Job summary

talisman in the United States is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager / Trader to run an ETF or TradFi strategy within a multi-manager platform, with full PnL ownership and access to significant capital and centralized infrastructure.

We welcome traders from smaller prop firms and hedge funds who want to scale a proven strategy, with emphasis on ETF market making, arbitrage, and relative value opportunities. Discretionary, systematic and hybrid approaches are considered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years trading ETFs, equities, futures or options.
• Strong risk management and capital efficiency.
• Proven ability to scale strategies.

Responsibilities

• Run an ETF or TradFi strategy within a multi-manager platform.
• Own PnL with access to significant capital and centralized infrastructure.
• Perform ETF market making and arbitrage, index and futures arbitrage.
• Apply discretionary, systematic or hybrid approaches as appropriate.
