Job summary

Exchange Traded Concepts, LLC is seeking a Portfolio Manager to join its trading and portfolio management team near New York. You will manage day-to-day portfolio construction, rebalancing, and trade execution for client ETFs, while building tools to automate workflows.

You will leverage Python to create trading utilities, monitor risk, and work with multiple internal teams to scale operations and launches. A strong quant background and FINRA licensing are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a portfolio manager, trader, or similar role managing ETFs, index funds, or systematic strategies.
• Proven trading experience across equities and/or fixed income with ETF creation/redemption knowledge.
• Coding proficiency (Python) with experience building trading tools, automation, or data pipelines.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills across PM systems and OMS.
• Series 7/63 license or ability to obtain; FINRA background a plus.
• Self-starter mindset in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio construction, creation/redemption activity, and daily rebalancing for client ETF mandates.
• Execute and oversee trading, manage risk, tracking error, and liquidity in real time.
• Build and maintain internal tools and models to automate workflows, reporting, and analytics.
• Collaborate with providers, participants, and clients to ensure funds track benchmarks efficiently.
• Monitor market conditions and identify trading and operational risks.
• Support new fund launches, including setup, testing, and go-live coordination.
