Job summary

Optomi is seeking a Lean Portfolio Manager / Enterprise Transformation Coach to join a growing Lean Portfolio Management Office. You will partner with senior leaders to mature governance, strategic planning, and enterprise transformation across portfolios.

In this hybrid role (Charlotte, NC; Hartford, CT; Short Hills, NJ), you’ll coach portfolio leaders, facilitate quarterly planning, and develop governance frameworks that drive alignment, prioritization, and execution at scale.

Qualifications

• Background in Agile Coaching, Release Train Engineering, Enterprise Transformation, or Portfolio Leadership.
• Experience facilitating executive governance meetings and portfolio reviews.
• Strong change management and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with portfolio prioritization, intake processes, governance, and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of Agile forecasting, capacity planning, OKRs, and value stream funding.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or Targetprocess.
• Strong presentation and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

Optomi, in partnership with a leading Property & Casualty Insurance organization, is seeking a Lean Portfolio Manager / Enterprise Transformation Coach! This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Lean Portfolio Management Office focused on maturing enterprise portfolio governance, strategic planning, and organizational transformation. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of portfolio management, executive coaching, Agile transformation, and change management experience while partnering with senior leaders to improve how strategic initiatives are prioritized, governed, and executed across the enterprise.

Experience of the Right Candidate:

• Background in Agile Coaching, Release Train Engineering (RTE), Enterprise Transformation, or Program/Portfolio Leadership.
• Experience facilitating executive governance meetings, quarterly planning sessions, steering committees, or portfolio reviews.
• Strong change management and executive stakeholder engagement experience with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience supporting portfolio prioritization, intake processes, governance frameworks, and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of Agile forecasting, capacity planning, OKRs, value stream funding, or portfolio financial planning.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar Agile portfolio management tools (Targetprocess is a plus).
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with experience creating executive-level materials and leading cross-functional discussions.
